We have been advised that the phone system problem at hotel is more serious than they first thought and will require the installation of a new system with no estimate of when they will be up and operational again. Reservations are available and are being taken on line. If the room rate on line is incorrect it should be corrected by the time you arrive or at check in. If by chance you do get an incorrect room rate please email us with your confirmation number and we will try to get it corrected before you arrive. Thank you for your patience and we look forward to seeing you in El Paso!
The room block is open now and you can make your reservations. The link below has been fixed so that it will take you where you need to be to book a room at our group rate, using the following instructions:
1) Go to the “Availability & Booking” Box to the right on the home page.
2) Choose City: El Paso from drop down menu
3) Arrival Date: Month and day from drop down menu
4) Departure Date: Month and day from drop down menu
5) Number of Adults – Number of Children from the drop down menu
6) Code: Promocio from drop down menu – Blank box to the right insert- BLET
(I think “Promocio” means the “promotional code” – just a guess)
7) Click on “Search” button
This will take you to our group rates of $85 per night plus tax for the SWCM
