Regarding the 74th SWCM at the Hyatt Regency Crown Center in Kansas City, Missouri

Greetings All!

We’re approaching that time again and I want to take this time to welcome you all to the upcoming 74th SWCM at the Hyatt Regency Crown Center in Kansas City, Missouri.  Most of you put ads in the SWCM program every year and I’m writing to let you know it’s that time of year again.  The program ad prices are as follows:
     

Full page ad = $450.00

1/2 page ad = $275.00

Please e-mail your ad to me as a .doc or .pdf attachment to:

The printers prefer all ads to be in a .doc or .pdf file just in case they have to make changes to fit our program specifications.  Please do NOT US Mail a hard copy of your ad.

ALL ads need to be emailed to me by July 15, 2009 – NO LATER - so that I will have enough time to get the program put together and sent to the printers for the convention. Please remember, that proofreading of your ad is your responsibility and it will be printed in the program the way you send it to us.  You will be sent an invoice from the SWCM Treasurer, Norman Baker, upon me receiving your ad.  Once you receive your invoice, you will then make your checks payable to the “74th SWCM” for the amount of your ad’s invoice and mail your payment to the SWCM Treasurer, Norman Baker at 6009 Woodview North, Sherwood, AR 72120.  Please, DO NOT mail your ad to Norman or there will be a good chance your ad will not make it into the program.  It is very important that you please make every effort to pay the ad invoice immediately upon receipt or by August 1, 2009.  Ads that are not paid in full by print time will not go into the program.
